Christmas and New Year Update

It's been quite some time since we posted anything on this blog.  However, there really wasn't much of any interest that we could post until now.

Before Christmas we were bogged down in the extreme detail of finalising the amenities building and landscape plans, as well as the engineering details for the car parking area.

It was good to take a break over the Christmas/New Year holidays and return refreshed in January.  All our hard work and the attention to extreme detail by everyone involved has paid off as we submitted the completed plans to Macedon Ranges Shire Council (MRSC) Planning Department for final endorsement in early February.  We are extremely pleased to report that all the plans were approved last week with no further conditions.  Time to get building and developing - more on that in another blog coming soon!

Since the middle of January we have been working with KGMG to redesign our website and we are excited that MCP will have a fully operational website shortly, complete with professional photographs and the latest plans.  This blog will move to the website (same address) where it should be much easier to navigate and simpler to search the archives for past posts.   There may be some new login requirements which will be found on the website, so watch out for those.

Currently work is being done by Belvedere to produce a 3D rendition of the future MCP, which we will make available on the website when it is complete.
