Vision and Plans

With last year’s working days successfully getting the project underway — including the planting of native trees and grasses and the establishment of the wetland — now is an ideal time to revisit the vision and plans for Mark’s Country Place.

Two concept renderings illustrate the proposed development. The first presents a planned view from the car park at the Deep Lead Lane entrance, looking towards the amenities building. The second offers an aerial perspective of the site once the proposed landscaping and building works are complete.

The landscape plan outlines the broader vision for the property: the creation of an inclusive, all-access rest and recreational garden designed primarily for people with disabilities, along with their families and carers, while also welcoming the wider community.
