Into 2021 for MCP

It seems no time at all since we posted Christmas and New Year wishes on this blog site, and now here we are three weeks into January already. To celebrate, we have changed the banner picture at the top of this blog, to one looking across from the rear of the property on the Sebastopol Rd side towards the Macedon Ranges.


As recorded on our previous post, we submitted the revised Change of Use permit application just before Christmas, on December 17th. Much to our surprise, we received a response on January 4th. This was a positive response, merely requesting a few minor clarifications to the landscaping plans, but nothing too major.
