Planting Day 5th September - update

With nearly 25mm (1 inch) of rain overnight, the ground was very wet, with plenty of water flowing into and out of the wetland area. Fortunately, the afternoon was brighter and dry, although a brisk wind made conditions a little uncomfortable.
Our four volunteers planted more than 30 native trees around the wetland, with further planting planned over the coming weeks.
As we finished planting, we were rewarded with a beautiful rainbow stretching across the south-eastern sky—a fitting end to a productive afternoon.

WOW! What a beautiful end to your day!! 30 trees!! Well done team!!
Such an amazing effort!!
Well done
