Here we are in February and we have achieved an important milestone -the Change of Use Permit Application is now in the advertisement phase. Signs have been posted on the property and notifications have been sent to the neighbors and relevant/interested parties.

This means that the Planning Department have all the information they require, other than comments or objections from the interested parties.  The notification period is 14 days, which will close on the 17th February.

Once we have received the conditional Permit, we can plan to start actual work on the site. Watch this space!
