Plans, Plans and more Plans

After many months, the plans for developing the site for Mark's Country Place are beginning to come together.  The three components of Stage One, the activities building, the car park and of course the preliminary landscaping are nearing completion of the planning and engineering stage.  It has taken many months, countless emails and both zoom and in person meetings.  Who knew that engineering the drainage for a car park could be so complicated, especially when it comes to meeting the regulations and at the same time accounting for the needs of the surrounding landscaping?

Once we approve these plans, they will be submitted to the council to complete our planning permit process. At that point we should be able to publish the site and landscape plans here.

I’ve been thinking about this and wondering what’s happening. I’m delighted to hear that progress is occurring. It seems very arduous, but I’m sure that your tenacity will eventually pay off. Looking forward to further updates.
