Progress

Although sometimes it seems our plans for developing the site of MCP are moving at a snails pace, things are slowly beginning to take shape. Some of the required reports and accompanying information have been prepared for submission to the Macedon Ranges Shire Council Planning Department. Unfortunately, we have had to apply for an extension date for submission, as the traffic engineers were unable to complete the Traffic Impact Report in time for the October date we were given by the Planning Dept. We are also awaiting the two water management reports although there has been a site visit made by the water consultant who is preparing both reports. However, we should have everything ready for a November submission.

As well as having the grass slashed to reduce the summer fire risk and making it safer to walk around the property, Stuart has also cleared the "entrance" giving us much easier access onto the land.

We are looking forward to posting more progress with the submission next month. In the meantime, enjoy the pictures we took a few days ago.
