VCAT Hearing

We have dates for the VCAT hearing to appeal the decision made by Macedon Ranges Shire Council not to grant us a Change of Use permit.

There will be a Compulsory Conference on 19th April where we hope to reach a favorable decision through mediation. If we cannot come to a settlement which is agreeable to both sides at the Compulsory Conference, we will proceed to a full VCAT hearing on 14th July.

This blog will be updated as and when we have more information. As always, we appreciate the ongoing encouragement from all the supporters of Mark's Country Place.
